Todd Hoskins is the founder of Canopy Gap, a consulting firm that helps organizations through major transformations. After a dozen years of working in the technology space for corporate and startup companies, Todd recognized that the effectiveness of organizational strategy was always trumped by its ability to be in mutually beneficial relationships with its employees, stakeholders, and constituents. Combining his graduate work in psychology, interest in network science and ecology, and experience applying these insights with small and large organizations going through major transformations, Todd launched Canopy Gap in 2009.

As both a thought leader and practitioner, Todd has written and spoken extensively on corporate culture, employee engagement, trust, leadership, and collaboration. He has worked with over two dozen startup companies, as well as large organizations such as Microsoft, Verizon, and Northwestern University.

Todd is passionate about the human side of technology, as well as helping organizations build their own relational capacity, leading to increased innovation, collaboration, engagement, and customer success. With a diverse background in marketing, strategy, and leadership development spanning many industries, he has helped facilitate vital shifts leading to new products, revenue, and ventures.

He lives with his family live on the shores of Lake Michigan in Saugatuck. In addition to family and vocation, he is dedicated to nurturing local community, gardening, cooking, yoga, meditation, tango dancing, and spending time in nature.
